          Do I get to keep the Planchette (chopping-board)?

Yes, you can keep it! We would be grateful if you could give it back at the second order though. Note that all Planchettes are delivered with napkins and a cheese knife which you get to keep as well.

          How Do I Order?

Browse our website, select and add your favourite products to your cart, register as a member if this is your first time at La Planchette, and check out to proceed to payment and shipping method. Don’t forget to indicate your preferred date of delivery!

Note that if you want to proceed to payment and confirm your order, your delivery address must be within our delivery zone (Inner Sydney + Eastern Suburbs).

          Can I order by mail or phone?

We accept order by email or phone only if you are an approved registered customer of La Planchette. In this case payment can be made by cash at delivery (only if your delivery address is within the delivery zone) or by Electronic Financial Transfer before delivery. Orders are subject to the same exact restrictions on delivery time and location as if you ordered it online.

          How Do I Get Delivered?

La Planchette’s staff deliver to Inner Sydney and Eastern Suburbs ONLY.

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

You will receive a call to confirm the best convenient time & address for delivery. Since the Planchettes are ready-to-eat platters, we are very concerned with the freshness of our products. All orders are prepared just on time and carefully wrapped to preserve the quality of all products.

          Is there a delivery fee?

Deliveries are free ($59,90 minimum order). Otherwise, we apply a small delivery fee of $5 per delivery.

          How can I pay for my order?

We use the famous payment platform Paypal to process your payment: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal account are accepted making this the most convenient method of payment.

          Is my information secure?

We use Paypal to ensure you with the most safe and secure way to make payment online. La Planchette has NO access to your payment details whatsoever.

You DO NOT NEED a Paypal account to pay for your order. Paypal accept payment with Visa and Mastercard.

All information submitted through La Planchette’s Website is for the exclusive use of La Planchette’s activities. It will not be sold, amended or exchanged. Check out the Terms of use & Privacy section for more information.

          What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order from La Planchette. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from La Planchette, please return it to us with postage paid, in original resalable conditions within 5 days of receipt and we will exchange the items or refund the purchase price. All exchanges are subject to approval by La Planchette’s staffs. Notice that although we take great care in the packaging of goods to ensure they arrive in good conditions, La Planchette accepts not liability for damaged deliveries.
