La Planchette reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability, at any time without providing notice to you. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

You further acknowledge and agree that, subject to the section dealing with "Limitation of Liability", La Planchette will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through the website.

La Planchette does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of the information in this website. All information is subject to change without notice. Prices of goods and services, postage and handling fee, and other charges displayed on the website are current. The amounts nominated can vary and change without notice.

La Planchette does not guarantee that La Planchette's website or third party websites will be free from viruses.

Order Process

Orders placed by you to La Planchette represent your indication to purchase goods and/or services from La Planchette but do not necessarily represent our acceptance into any such agreement. We will not fulfill orders until we are satisfied that the payment process is validated, and satisfied with the integrity of the order, especially when the recipient is to be a third party. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the buyer’s delivery address is outside our delivery zone.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 0413 857 475 (Camille). Standard cancellation notice is 1 day before expected delivery. A credit note will be issued and sent to you by email if you cancel an order between 1 day and 4 hours before expected delivery. No refund possible if cancellation is notified less than 4 hours before expected delivery. Orders with delivery the same day require a 4 hours cancellation notice: No refund will be process if notice given is shorter.

Payment process

When you purchase goods at www.laplanchette.com.au, you can choose between three payment methods:

(1) Payments by credit card (Mastercard/Visa) and from a Paypal account are processed by Paypal Australia Pty Limited. We strictly have no access to your payment details.

(2) Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) must be processed before delivery. La Planchette will only validate orders with confirmed payment.

(3) Cash On Delivery (COD) is restricted to approved members. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unsatisfied with the integrity of that order.

Delivery Process

We package your goods very thoroughly to avoid any damage during shipment. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify the carrier if the merchandise has been damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

All efforts will be made to deliver goods within the expected timeframe; however, La Planchette cannot be held responsible for delays or conditions, which may affect delay. If you have not received your order or should you wish to receive an update on the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that a late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

La Planchette delivers ready-to-eat platters (our planchettes) only in the determined zone. You will be notified if an item is out of stock or not deliverable prior to placing the order.

Please note that although we take great care in the packaging of goods to ensure they arrive in good conditions, La Planchette accepts no liability for damaged deliveries. Goods travel uninsured as per freight carrier standard policies. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

Limitation of liability

Any liability of La Planchette in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of La Planchette be limited to: in relation to goods, replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. La Planchette is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order of a product.
